The Shops at Prudential Center has a combined Customer Service Desk and Visitor Information Desk, which provides tourists and visitors with information about the Center as well as Boston and beyond.

CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK:

Located in Center Court near Ann Taylor and Club Monaco. Services include:
• Store and restaurant directories and maps
• Tourist information and directions
• Wheelchairs and child strollers
• Lost & Found
• Restaurant Reservation service Monday–Saturday 10:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. Sunday 11:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

VISITOR INFORMATION DESK
(GREATER BOSTON CONVENTION & VISITORS BUREAU):

Located at the Customer Service Desk in Center Court. Services include:
• City maps and guidebooks
• Public transportation information
• Postcards
• Go Boston cards
• Citypass Monday–Saturday 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Sunday 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
