• Where is the Prudential Center garage located?
  Our garage is accessible from Boylston Street, Huntington Avenue, Belvidere Street and Exeter Street.

• What are the hours of operation?
  The garage is accessible 24 hours a day.

• How does the validation program work?
  Enter after 9:30AM
  Discounted rate with a $10.00 purchase from any store, restaurant, cart or kiosk in The Shops at Prudential Center . Please remember to have your sales associate stamp your parking ticket once you've made your purchase.
  Parking attendants do not validate parking tickets.

  Up to 4 hours: $10.00
  4-5 hours: $20.00                                                                                          After 5 hours regular rates apply.
  Enter after 5:00 p.m. and exit by 3:00 a.m.
  $10.00 flat fee with validated parking ticket

• What type of payment is accepted?
  Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and traveler's checks. Personal checks are not accepted.

• Is valet parking available?
  Saks Fifth Avenue offers valet service from 10:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 11:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. on Sunday.  Attended parking for no additional charge is available on the red and yellow levels of the garage.  They are open from 7:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.

• What is the height restriction for vehicles?
  Vehicles that are over 6 feet are not permitted in the garage. There is no weight restriction.

• Can I park overnight?
  Yes, 24 hour parking is available.
