As of now, Eataly USA comprises Eataly New York Flatiron, Eataly Chicago, Eataly NYC Downtown, Eataly Boston, Eataly L.A., and Eataly Las Vegas - all modeled after the first Eataly in Turin, Italy, founded by Oscar Farinetti in 2007.
