The Cheesecake Factory restaurants were founded by David Overton in Beverly Hills, California, in 1978. The restaurant was an immediate success, and today there are more than 200 locations, including the Prudential Center location. The Cheesecake Factory is known for our extensive menu of more than 250 items and features anything you’re in the mood for. Everything is handmade in-house from scratch with fresh ingredients daily, from hand-patted Burgers to freshly prepared Salads and Hand-rolled Egg Rolls. Our dessert menu features more than 30 legendary cheesecakes and many other dessert items like Tiramisu and Strawberry Shortcake!
