How did you begin working at Cold Stone? 

I started working at Cold Stone Creamery my senior year of high school, as a crew member at a store in Westwood. What started as a part-time job quickly turned into a career I genuinely love. Fourteen years later, I’m proud to be the General Manager at our Prudential Center store, leading an incredible team and getting to make people’s days a little sweeter. 

What makes Cold Stone Creamery so special?  

I’ve worked at several Cold Stone stores over the years and have enjoyed ice cream all over the place. What always sets Cold Stone apart is the experience. Every customer gets to create something that’s uniquely their own and there’s something special about watching their favorite ingredients come together on our frozen granite stone. It’s more than just ice cream, it’s a personalized treat made right in front of you.

Cake Batter® is definitely one of our most popular ice cream flavors. When it comes to mix-ins, customers love adding brownie pieces or yellow cake. Classic favorites.

Without a doubt, the Birthday Cake Remix™ is our fan favorite! It combines Cake Batter ice cream with brownie, rainbow sprinkles, and fudge.

What is your Cold Stone Creamery order?

When I’m craving ice cream, I keep coming back to Sweet Cream ice cream with Reese’s® Peanut Butter Sauce, caramel, and Reese’s® Peanut Butter Cups. Perfect combination of creamy, salty, and sweet.

Any secret menu items or other offerings you think customers might not know about? 

While we don’t have an official secret menu, one of the best parts about Cold Stone is that you can create your own masterpiece. Our team has come up with some amazing flavor combinations over the years that aren’t listed on the menu, so don’t be afraid to ask us for recommendations! We love helping guests discover their new favorite creation.
